1. If you know that your email address has been entered into the system and you see a password dialog but do not remember your password (and it is not your birthday in the format YYYYMMDD) then click "Email me my password" on the error message page.

2. Your account may initially have been created with no dirth date and thus your password will have defaulted to 0101. If this is the case please update your password when you first log on.

3. If you are not sure that your email address has been entered into the system and you see a password dialog but do not remember your password (and it is not your birthday in the format YYYYMMDD) then click "Contact the SysAdmin" on the error message page.)

4. If you never see the password dialog, but rather are re-directed to the error page immediately, then you have saved a password for the site in your browser and that password is incorrect. Fixing this issue depends upon your operating system.
